Appointments
All consultations are by appointment. You may arrange to see your Doctor by telephoning 01603 486602. Please make a separate appointment if anyone else in the family wishes to be seen.
Routine appointments
You may make an appointment with any of the Doctors, usually within a couple of working days but please give as much notice as possible as this enables us to give a much wider choice of times. We adhere to the Norfolk PCT specification for access to primary care and provide the opportunity to book appointments in advance. We recommend you see the same Doctor for the same problem.
Nurse Practitioner
If your problem is urgent and you think you need urgent attention then in the majority of cases you will be given an appointment to be seen by our Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner is able to undertake an initial assessment, take a medical history, carry out a physical examination, diagnose and treat. You may then be referred to our duty doctor.
Practice Nurses
Our team of nurses are highly qualified and experienced and are available for an initial routine appointment should you prefer to see a female.
Cancellations
Please inform us as soon as possible so that we may give your appointment to someone else. There is a facility for leaving a recorded message on our telephone system if you wish to cancel an appointment. This facility is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
If you fail to cancel an appointment, this wastes the time of our staff and clinicians and denies the possibility of another patient using the appointment.
